What kinds of questionnaire can the agent handle?

Customer RFIs, supplier onboarding forms, audit and scheme questionnaires, regulatory disclosures, and ESG or sustainability surveys. It works from the file you were sent: Excel, PDF, Word, a list of questions in an email, or a form in the requester's own portal.

Where do the answers actually come from?

Only from documents you have given the agent: past responses, certificates, specifications, audit reports and any systems you connect. When the knowledge base does not hold the evidence for a question, the agent flags the gap instead of filling it in.

Is my data safe, and will it be used for training?

Your data is accessible only to you and is used only to train your own dedicated agents, never to train models for other customers. We are ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and GDPR compliant, with flexible EU hosting options.

How is accuracy ensured, and who signs off?

Every draft answer links to the document and section it came from and carries a confidence score, so verifying it is reading rather than researching. Version control keeps superseded documents out of new answers. Somebody on your team approves before anything is sent.

What if a buyer insists on their own portal or template?

Response templates can be set per customer, auditor or scheme, so the same fact is worded the way each recipient expects to read it. For portals, our browser plugin answers the form in place, and custom integrations can pre-fill it directly.

How long before we are answering real questionnaires?
